Build the Simpra UI — risk matrices, control heat maps, evidence pipelines, questionnaire workspaces, and audit-ready dashboards. You'll work on interfaces that GRC teams use every day and auditors implicitly trust.
Build the Simpra API and data model — the control graph, evidence pipelines, integration system, and AI retrieval layer. The Laravel codebase is the backbone of the product.
Own Simpra's LLM-powered features in production. You'll make sure they're fast, accurate, and constantly getting better — while staying honest about what AI can and can't do.
Keep the trust that lets our customers trust us. You'll own our security architecture, run our own SOC 2 and ISO 27001 programs, manage third-party risk, and be the face of security for enterprise buyers.
Build the intelligence layer — semantic search, questionnaire auto-drafting, risk scoring models, control effectiveness prediction. You'll shape how Simpra understands the space we operate in.
Design for engineers and auditors. Our users range from CTOs who tab back to VS Code mid-call, to auditors who want exhaustive evidence trails. You'll design experiences that work for both without sanding off the edges of either.
Own Simpra's demand engine. Build the category, the content, the programs, and the brand that make us the obvious choice for AI-native compliance.
Write the content that makes compliance teams understand and trust us. Our blog is already opinionated and useful — we want to keep it that way at scale.
Close mid-market and enterprise deals. Typical ACV $50K–$250K, 4–8 week sales cycles, buyer is usually a CISO, VP Engineering, or compliance lead. This is a founding-AE role — you'll build the playbook as you run it.
Book qualified demos with compliance teams and engineering leaders at SaaS companies pursuing SOC 2, ISO 27001, or scaling their GRC programs. Clear path to AE for the right person.
Get customers from signed deal to successful audit. Drive adoption, renewal, and expansion across a portfolio of compliance programs running in parallel.
Shape our product with real GRC expertise. You'll inform product decisions, review customer programs, and sometimes lead our Services engagements directly. This is a bridge role between auditor-speak and engineer-speak.
Own Simpra's finance function end-to-end — from month-end close to board decks to the next fundraise. You'll partner directly with the founder on capital strategy, SaaS metrics, pricing, and financial operations as we scale from seed toward Series A.
Build the planning and analytics muscle at Simpra. You'll own our forecast, our metrics dashboard, and the analysis that helps the team make better decisions about headcount, pricing, and investment.
Run the day-to-day accounting operations at Simpra — month-end close, accounts receivable and payable, expense management, and compliance with accounting standards. You'll work closely with the Head of Finance on building a scalable, audit-ready operation.
Build the people function at Simpra end-to-end. You'll own hiring strategy, team design, culture, compensation, performance, and everything else that makes a company a good place to work as it scales from ~10 to ~50.
Find, close, and onboard the people who'll build Simpra. You'll partner closely with hiring managers across engineering, GTM, and operations to run a high-trust, candidate-centric recruiting process at pace.
Run the day-to-day operations that make Simpra run well. Benefits, onboarding, HRIS, performance cycles, policies — the systems and rituals that let a small team feel organized instead of chaotic.
